Can I run a scan now?
Live scans are not open yet. You can explore the example report and the planned single-scan and monitoring options. We are not taking payment or accepting personal details in this preview.
Can I check someone else?
No. DarkEye is being built for one person per account: you. A name, age or address alone does not establish identity, so live scans will require a self-verification step.
What will my report include?
Supported public results, the source behind each finding, the details used to match it to you, and practical next actions. Coverage varies. A quiet report should say what was checked and where the limits are.
What if a result belongs to someone else?
Possible matches need review. The report experience is designed to let you flag an incorrect result; unconfirmed findings should not trigger change alerts. This workflow must pass testing before launch.
How are monthly and weekly monitoring different?
Monthly monitoring is planned to rescan once each month. Weekly monitoring will check more often and notify you when a scan finds a meaningful change. Neither is continuous surveillance.
Will other languages be supported?
The product is being designed for multilingual names and reports. English is the initial interface language. Additional languages will be advertised once the experience and translations have been tested.
Where is support?
A support route will be available from every account before registration opens. The mailbox is still being configured; please do not send personal or payment information to this preview.
